I upload images to the website but when i go to the live page the photo showcase doesn't open the photo. I can see that the photo's address is correct, it's just that it will not show. See the image attached... The whole thing is very unstable. When I re-enter all images and upload the site, some other image disappears. This is not acceptable. Businesses are at stake. What is wrong? Is there a convention I need to use for the naming of the pictures? Please help...

Are the original images large in filesize? If so, I suggest you to go in the software's preferences and limit the number of processes to 1 or 2.

Hey Claudio, thank you. i appreciate your response. I think it may have worked a bit, but not 100%. Still many images do not show.
Can it be that the software associates the error images to the images I have uploaded? I say this because the image that I get as you can see in my attachment file in my first post above, may have been saved in the root folder "image" in the domain and that is what is beeing displayed... Just a thought. If this is the cause has anyone any idea what to do? May be I can delete all images from the root folder in the domain and upload everything again?

Hello Agron,
There's no link between the images processed by the software and the ones already on your server. We're working on an update which solves the large images processing issues.

Thank Claudio. I already reduced the sizes of my images and it now works fine. No problem.
We upgraded version 8.0.16 as requested, but still nothing...We paid already €70,- for version 8, and it doesn't work, so I don't want to pay this again for nr. 9... Please help me... My clients can't see my pictures slides, they only see the 1st picture... It worked before... What changed? I loose clients because of this problem... PLEASE help me!
