Uploading website I get a generic error stating
Unable to connect to server.
Generic Error
A supplied password or user name is incorrect.
I have tested with Filezilla and upload is all ok.
so software error.

For a successful export to the Internet with WebSite X5, the FTP parameters must be entered correctly and the target directory must also be specified correctly.
Name the web host, maybe there are other users with the same web host who can give you tips.

have you already tried deleting all parameters and adding them again, making sure they are the same as what you used for the test with FileZilla?
If so, I would ask you to send the project to me so that I can analyze the issue.
You can export it in Step 5 - Export, choosing the “Export the project option” to generate an IWZIP file.
You can then upload the file with https://www.swisstransfer.com/ or similar services, and provide a download link at support @ incomedia.eu (without the spaces).
