Animated backgrounds for line styles not showing on page selection

Trying to find the Animated backgrounds for line styles.
I saw the post and image but mine is like the older version
image attached. I have upgraded to the current version, is this still a Beta Feature?

I think they mean this:
maybe i am wrong please correct, else line style might no be the best name althoug it's a line on a webpage but in x5 it say's row....
