Remove the Register button from the Login form

My website is invitation only and each users credentals are set up manually and provided to users.
There is no user registration enabled on the site.
The user login form shows 2 buttons "Register" and "Login"
How can I remove the Register button from being shown because it has no function

what settings are you using in the Access Management section?
If you are seeing the Register button, you should set this from Automatic to Manual registration.
