Can't install template package "GreyMonotone"

Can't install the "GreyMonotone" even installing it in the same folder as the exe-file. I get the message about 90% in the installation process that access was denied for addressbook_png? Please help me what to do?

Hello Henrik!
Please choose another folder when you import your project, say for example the ''documents'' folder then import it into WebSite X5 and let me know if the issue is fixed.
