How to Use Icons 8 Win10?

This is my 2nd attempt at trying to get customer support. I purchased the Icons 8 Windows Object and trying to figure out how to use it proerly. I have added a screenshot to better explain what I am trying to accomplish.

The information on that web page is just informational. It does not show anything on how to use Icons 8 Win 10 inside Website x5. I have searched the internet trying to find a video tutorial that covers this. I have browsed through the community and no help at all.
All I want to do is be able to use the Icons as bullet points.

When you make a post where you ask a question and want help with that question, you should use the catagory "Question".
You have used the "Praise" for this post, and that indicates that you are satisfied with the product or service.
Make a post where you use "Question" so that other users see that you are asking a question and that you want help for that question.

the object is a stand-alone one, so you would not be able to use it in a Text object to be able to use this as a bullet point.
If you want to use them like this, you would need to manually set up multiple Icons8 Win10 objects on the side of Text objects, like this for example, also adjusting margins and alignments as needed:
