How to Increase Bottom Margin Under The Content Slider?  en

Hi Fellow Members,

I added a content slider to my home page so I can use for testimonials. The slider sits at the bottom before the next section and there’s no spacing or margin defined after the slider element. I tried to adjust the outer and inner margins to create space at the bottom and it only adjusts margin inside the slider not outside of it. I added a simple seperator and adjusted the height etc and nothing. Maybe I'm doing something incorrectly. I have attached a screenshot as an example for anyone to review. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Kindly,

Ricardo

Hello Ricardo,
to confirm, is it from these settings that you tried to adjust the margins?
I changed the lower outer margin from 0 to 100, and you can see the difference in the spacing between the slider and the Text object below in the screenshots here, hightlighted in red.

Hi Eric,

Thanks for your feedback. Please review the attached screenshot. I arranged the screenshots such as Step 1, 2, 3. I changed the bottom margin to 100 and it did not increase the bottom margin section. You'll see it on Step 3.

Eric,

I previously used the Simple Seperator yesterday but nothing changed. I just added it again and nothing changed. See attached screenshot. Thanks for your guidance.

It might be helpful to have a link to the website to look at the problem.

Otherwise, wait for the Incomedia employees; they may make an offer to send in the backup copy (with the file extension .iwzip) of the project.

However, I don't know whether this will be online on Saturday, otherwise only on Monday.

Or you can use my demo shop's contact form to send the link to the website.

However, I am not an employee of Incomedia.

Daniel,

Thanks for your help. I don't have a link right now. I'm thinking there is something wrong in the software. The reason I say it is because no matter what changes I make, I get the same response that doesn't resolve. Just by following your instruction should have resolved the issue. I'm not in a rush. I'll wait till Website X5 support comes back on Monday. It's ok. Thanks once again and have a good weekend.
