Mobile version is too wide

Hello, a website I have created opens fine on mobile devices but it has a wide area to the right if you swipe right. Never really been an issue until the new feature of installing the mobile site as an app on the mobile device as the text and install button flow into this extended area of the website. Any ideas how to get rid of this? The website is www.northbucksbatgroup.org.uk

If you visit the website on a mobile, swipe left and you will see the white area on the right of page.
On narrow screens, one object is outside the normal range, see screenshot below
Perhaps you should check "Template Contents" under "2 Template" to see if an object in the header or footer extends beyond the checkerboard pattern on the right at the small resolution.
