Once again my website came to a halt after updating x5 pro!

My webiste is giving a generic error (that was not there before) when an order in the ecommerce basket is being completed it does not allow the order to be placed and rather on the last step give an Generic error.

I have gone through all the posts and none of the solutions seem to work. I have also forwarderd some technical information that was suggested on another post to my hosting compony. domains.co.za.   

I really do not know why this issue that is created by X5 becomes your customers's issue to resolve. you created it .

please can someone come back to me with an actual resolution for this. It is extremely important because for the simple reason that I am not making any sales at the moment and possibly losing customers that just cant be bothered dealing with this shit! and they just move on and will never come back to my site!

I have honestly tried for two days now to resolve this . from editing your x5engine.php files and trying to correct the mailing issue (But once again why is this becoming my problem to fix!)  The new update is not working .

everything was working until your update.

Please, can we resolve this . as I have some a good programming knowledge and background cant fix this . how is someone that is using x5 for the reason to not have to learn html and java etc. supposed to get this fixed.
