X5 Pro Freezing up again

The program was working fine since the last time the preview caused the Freeze.
After the update all went well until today. Now It started slowing on save and at the moment it does not respond any more on normal tasks. I cant remove the facebook plugin, save, change text. Freezing up.
Please can you assist me.

I have the Pro version 2025.2.5 and didn't notice any freezing, except for the preview.
Here I closed the preview with the [X] and opened it again by clicking on "Preview".
Maybe other users will report similar problems and tomorrow the Incomedia staff will get in touch if they already have a solution.

there were no replies on your previous post, did you go ahead with the reinstallation following the steps provided, or did the issue stop occurring on its own back then?
