Shopping chart upload not working

Hello
I have a problem when I upload the shopping cart ( products ) to the server. I can't update and verify the product upload through the server to my hosting server. I am trying to upload 10,000products.
I have another website created by your software, with almost 500 pcs. It works....
Can you help me with this issue? Do you have any limitations on product uploads?
When I go to my website and click the search button, it keeps searching and never returns results.

I am sorry about the issue.
Error 500 is an unspecified server error., for additional details you should consult your server error logs or ask your provider about this.
What version of PHP are you using on your hosting space, and have you encountered alerts when exporting your website?

If the hosting server had a problem, Access management does not connect and download. Soi problem probably at your side.

it seems you are using PGP 8.4, which is not yet supported by WebSite X5, please switch to 8.2 instead.
Were you able to find out anything about the error 500 from your provider, to see if it may be related?

doamarine.eu doesn't use PHP 8,4 I know this problem.

There is no problem with hosting server probably your software doesn't work proper.
I also updated your software a few minutes ago. Now shearc is working see picture pls.

I found the PROBLEM. The problem belongs to your software. The shopping cart is not accepting 10,000 products for uploading. This is not acceptable. There is no warning message or information on product upload limitations.
Can you tell me ASAP what the product upload limits are? If I load only 500 products, no problem, but more than 1000 is a problem.

10000 products seems a limit for the software and probably less
it's time to use a real pro software and not this one .. wsx5 is not a strong ecommerce solution. proof is here
you have checked by yourself ,that it does not works .....
Dev eCommerce is badly structured and not fully around a database, so you are at their max
regarding the shop there are many infos on the web itself, into flat files on the website, and into ithe GUI which is mandatory to modify just 1 price by example !!!!

THE CHART SHOPPING HAS A LIMITATION FOR PRODUCT NUMBER?????
10,000PCS PRODUCT DOESN'T WORK. I DON'T WANT TO PLAY 500PCS PRODUCTS IN COMMERCIAL WEBSITE. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE.
I WILL NOT EXTEND NEXT YEAR'S SUBSCRIPTION AND WILL FIND ANOTHER SOLUTION.

WebSite X5 has a limit of 10000 products, are you almost at that amount, or have you exceeded it?
At the moment, how many products have had changes in their quantities and should be updated by the function?
If you can send me a copy of the project, I can run some tests after uploading on my hosting space as a text.
You can export it in Step 5 - Export, choosing the “Export the project” option to generate an IWZIP file.
You can then upload the file with https://www.swisstransfer.com/ or similar services, and provide a download link to support @ incomedia.eu (without the spaces).

Today I fixed availability and other things. I counted the quantity; there are 4500 pcs.
It means fewer than 10,000pcs. I am encountering the same error; it is looping and not returning an answer. Your server likely encountered an issue when I uploaded. I am attaching the picture same as before.
I need very urgnet solution for this other wise I have change software.

inspecting the https://doamarine.eu/cartsearch/ page, an error 500 appears for two e-commerce related functions, x5cart.php?action_srcpg and x5cart.php?action_crtvrs.
As mentioned in my earlier replies, error 500 is an unspecified server error, please contact your hosting provider so that they can gather additional information about the error in the logs.
If you can provide me with the updated version of the project, I will check whether the error occurs regardless of where the website is hosted.

Could you please also clarify whether this version has available quantities, as you initially provided a screenshot of the "Update" function showing an error, but this function can only be used when availability has been set, and the project you sent earlier did not show product availability.

1st Doa Marine web page working properly.
2ns. When I upload 500pcs of product, it is working as you see in the pictures below. Please go and check once more. There no problem with my hosting company. I checked more than 4 times with them.

the error is visible then using the browser inspector, not directly on the page, and error 500 is a server error, so I cannot provide support unless I can also replicate it on my hosting space.
I ask again, please provide me with the updated version of the project, containing all 4500 products.
