Hard as i may try, I don't seem to be able to create a menu style that functions as a dropdown list.

Anyone else tried anything?

Something that X5 should include as an option in the menu system......

With one level and several pages below you can create a dropdown menu, see screenshot below

Maybe post an example as a link or screenshot so that we can imagine what is desired.

Thank you. (abthermal.com)

I cannot get the level menu to display, and the setting for number of lines to display is grayed out.

go to this page:

abthermal.com/heat-shrink-tubing-wire-cable-hose-insulshrink.html

near the botton of the page, the list of products in the menu box i would like to have as a level menu (or a dropdown list) with just 4 items showing and the rest scrolling.

If you choose the first item - "2:1 / 3:1 / 4:1 Polyolefin Heat Shrink", when that page opens you see at the top of the page a hamburger menu - I have that set as always show hamberger menu so the large block of menu items is not displayed - but what i really want is a dropdown menu - or the level menu - but I cannot "force" the level menu to display.......

If the setting remains gray and cannot be changed, the Incomedia employees would have to provide an email address through which the project could be sent as an IWZIP file, which is previously uploaded via a service provider such as WeTransfer.com or Swisstransfer.com and the link is used from there.
