Since for security reasons, our server provider only requires settings for sending emails via Authenticated SMTP. You know for sure that since last week, when the Cpanel update was made, not one of your websites is able to work... On the admin panel, all settings for the test are "PASS". Good settings for SMTP have been entered, but your application still does not work for sending emails through the Contact form object. PHP version is 8 and above So please explain us, explain which settings to use because this doesn't work for all our users...

Attached is also the .class php generated by your system...???

Hello,
what e-mails are not working exactly? Both the gathered data and the notification to the user who sent the form, or only one of them?
If you check the e-mail log at the bottom of the Website Test section, is any error displayed there?

the error means that the connection to the SMTP server did not work, so please review the parameters you have used in the project and, if necessary, check the situation with the hosting provider to make sure they are correct.

All the parameters is ok... Hosting provider dont offer services for your app (you know that) app is not sending emails thru any of the parameter provided... So what to do now??? Probably send a project to you for testing...???

Hello,
unfortunately sending a project would not be helpful here, as the issue is not related to the project, but rather to the server, either because of something involving their configuration or because of incorrect parameters: SMTP parameters are not specific to WebSite X5, so no dedicated setup is necessary.

First of all, let me thank you for your prompt replies... Then, let me apologize for the nervousness, but you understand that when 72 clients are pressing you, everything is complicated.

The problem was solved by simply reverting the .php version to 8.0... Deleted everything from the server and made a clean upload of the entire website back to the server... Thank you and once again, apologies... Now we have to do the same for all users... Problems all day long... :)
