Protocol not available error message

Can anyone help/other advice please - I go to export my webiste to my hosted space on Website X5 and it displays Authentication and Mulitple Connection tests ok and then present an error message saying 'Unable to Connect to Server - Protocol not Available.

If it doesn't work at a later date, then wait for the Incomedia employees, who will be online again from Tuesday and will take care of the problem.
