Update has messed with my export - please help

Hi, I've just updated the X5 Pro as prompted and the preview is all looking perfect in the programme but once exported most of its contents has disappeared on all the browsers I have tried. I've cleared cache, re uploaded many many times, uninstalled and reinstalled Pro but still no joy, many ideas? urgent help is much appreciated, thanks

Hi thanks for your swift reply. Once I've exported, there are many elements of each page missing. It's on all browsers I have tried so looks to me like a programe issue? Please find attached my preview and view on many browsers which is missing many elements.

could you please use CTRL + Preview in WebSite X5 to generate the files again, and export once more, choosing to upload all files?
Please also provide the URL of the website to take a closer look.

to clarify, the first screenshot you provided is how you are currently seeing the website, and the second is how it appears when previewing, and how it should actually be displayed?
This is how the website is displayed for me, does it match the way it is intended to be? If so, please try to refresh your browsers with CTRL + F5 or delete their cache.

I did notice you have a duplicate file for your homepage, so I recommend deleting it: your actual homepage is index.html, but you should find also index.php in your hosting space, I recommend deleting it.
You can do so by accessing your Destination Folder in Step 5 - Export ---> Upload to the internet, by clicking the folder-shaped icon here:
In here you should see a file called index.html and one called index.php, please select index.php and delete it with the red X button, so that only index.html remains.
