I run 2 very basic websites. I run one on a desktop and the other on my laptop. I have done this for quite a few years. However a couple of weeks ago I renewed the annual licence and then went away for a week. Incomedia sent out a couple of reminder messages - not realising that I had renewed. Eventually they had a look and sent me a license key and told me to remove an .iwl file and then launch the website and use the license key they had sent. I did the laptop first and that was fine. Today I went to do the desktop but get the error that the license key is not valid for this version of Website X5.

Any idea how I can get over this problem please?
