Can I add a template that I purchase from Incomedia to the preset templates provided with Website X5 V9? I can import the supplied template, but I would simply like to be able to select it for future projects.

Well you can not add it to the Template Gallery, but you can add it to the project Gallery. You can create your project then save it and everytime you wish to work on it, simply duplicate it and start your new project!
