Evolution 8 vs. evolution 9 image effects

In evolution8 of WebsiteX5, in the image editor, there seem to be a few more options under "Effects". In particular, there is a "Black/White" effect that is missing. I upgraded and there are several images that i have that use this effect. I can no longer edit that portion of the effect. Am i missing where this effect may have moved?

Actually, i wasn't looking for the simple black and white. it was a function that make the outer part of the picture b/w, like a frame. Which led me to look at "frames" under Effects. And there it was. Thanks.
