Hi Eyup,

this error means your server donn't support the "post metod", you can set "get" in the "Preference" windows of the program.

I remember you that our form mail work in .php pages, so you need to set the page of the form mail in .php.

I talked to my web hosting company and made the necessary  changes for php.  I also made the changes for the Email form for  php.But when someone tries to send an e-mail over the web  site; after writing the mail and when pressed the send button the page  goes back to the main page of the web site but no mail arrives to me.

try to set the "low level email script" in the "Preference windos of the program, if the email don't send there is a server problem.

Try to send the file "imemail.inc.php" in the "res" folder of the program to the Server and ask because the file .php doesn't work.

According to your suggestions, I talked to my web hosting  company again and we made some changes and new set-up for php commad file. Now,  the mails arrive but there are two other problems that my web hosting company  says it is related with the software that I use to prepare the web  site. And they suggest me to contact you again.

First, the send mails arrive but still the "text area" of  the mails comes empty, I cant see what is written in the mails.

Second, when you try to send mail over the web site, after  pressing the send button the below error occurs, which I believe that is related  with the first problem also.

WebsiteX5 Evolution 9, not support the SMTP format for the form mail.

Isn't there any way to solve the e-mail problem? I still  cannnot get the mails properly; and with this state of the site which is  prepared with Web site X5 program, I think the site does not worth too much.  Without the e-mail form the site is not interactive, there is no contact with  the site visitors and the web site owner. So there must be a way to overcome this  issue!

What do you suggest?

if you use the SMTP protocol you need setting manually the Email modifing the script of sending email.
