I use x5 to create small websites and forms. Is there any possibility to add an inscription in between a form?

May I kindly ask you what is the final result do you want to have?
You can use an email form object together with a text object on the same page in order to have your custom text and the form visible, but if you are asking about setting line of text inbetween the form fields I'm afraid that is not possible.

Hello Michele, thanks for your reply. Your second assumption is my wish. I just get an answer from an User who posted a solution through modifying the source code by a html widget.
