Long preview response time

Hello, I have noticed that when working on my site and want to preview what I have done, it now takes about 35 seconds to load the page...It is quite "a new problem" ..My site is getting bigger it has more than 500 pages, Is that the reason? Could it be that I am now pushing X5V9 close to its limits or useability? Please advise urgently, as this is an e-commerce business site. Thank you. Kind Regards. Hello,
It is me again. I have attached a picture of the index page in X5V9- it takes 45 seconds now to resume the preview. I have been working on my site every day- doing a lot of changes and everything was working beautifully so far. But about a week ago I have noticed, that it is getting slower and slower to preview.
I have cleaned the cache, defraged hard drive and there is no improvement.
Please, reply concerning this performance issue as it is thwarting my work.

the slowness happens only for some specific pages or you tried to open the preview for different pages?
I can tell you that more than 500 pages are quite a big site and it could take a while when you open the preview, expecially when refreshing the cache with the CTRL key.
The Software itself can manage many pages but the speed depends a lot on the resources of your pc (RAM, cpu, ecc..)
