Paypal adding additional postage

I have 2 websites each with a shopping cart, one built on website X5 V8, the other on Website X5 V9
Recently all orders processed by paypal get automatic additional postage (usually $10) added. Both sites operated properly until recently.
Is Incomedia aware of this, or more importantly, does anyone know how to stop this happening?

Surely someone else must have this problem?
I have a product, it is $12.00, there is $6.00 postage for one or many, the order completes through my cart and correctly reports
Gutter Pumper 2 @ $12.00each $24.00
Shipping: Mail $6.00
Total VAT included $30.00
BUT when processed through paypal, $10 is added!!!
Subtotal $30.00 AUD Postage and packing $10.00 AUD
Total $40.00 AUD
I have not changed anything. It used to work until about a month ago. Has paypal changed the string that must be passed to make a payment? Is there a work around?

I solved it!!
Thanks for the lack of any assistance
Just in case anyone else suddenly has additional postage applied after hitting the pay now button, here is how to fix it:-
Log in to your paypal account, click on profile, click on My selling tools, click on Shipping my items/shipping calculations "update", place a tick next to "Click here to allow transaction-based postage values to override the profile postage settings listed above (if profile settings are enabled)"
In my case something happened to my profile which added profile postage settings and effectively took the tick out of the box. This happened without my knowledge.
For what it's worth, PayPal were of no assistance in resolving this issue either.
