Why Do Posts That Contain A Complaint Get Hidden

I've noticed this quite a lot, people complain on here and the post either gets hidden or made private.
Now if the person who posted the complaint in the first place wanted it to be private then i'm sure they would have set it as just that in the first place.
Maybe they want you to answer their complaint so everybody can see it.
STOP HIDING COMPLAINTS AND LET EVERYBODY KNOW EXACTLY HOW MANY PEOPLE ARE COMPLAINING.
You may think that hiding them stops any negativity towards your company but you are just making the situation worse.
At least defend the complaints so that we can all see your answer to them.
If you cant defend yourselves in Public then you really do have something to hide dont you !

not exactly hard to find out though is it , all you have to do is buy it and use it lol
But by merely seeing threads like this one popping up on a semi daily basis, tells a bigger picture than the complaint threads, it suggests to most that there is no need to see the thread, only thats is being hidden for a ICM agenda - either way, its doing its job, keep the complaints fair but furious guys, pass the word that we will NOT accept second rate service for a product we have parted cash for...
The voice of many is louder than the voice of one - pass that message and the powers that be, will HAVE to listen....eventually.
