I tested your site with Chrome browser and it seems displaying correctly. Could you please tell me what differences you have noticed on the different browsres? maybe some screenshots of the different brosers showing your page will help.

In the bottom right corner there is "Постави како почетна" button which only work in IE on my PC...

actually this function is not supported by other browser than Internet Explorer and this is for security reasons. I can tell you that we're also planning to remove this function from Website X5 since browsers won't support it in the future.
