FTP engine does not work  en

Hello,

I have tried to upload my website via the build-in ftp engine, but without success. I understood that I had to enter ftp.mywebsite.nl. But it does not work.

Any advise highly apprecited, thanks

I have used an other FTP program following your instructions in another post and now it is working fine.

Hello Edwin,

Try to check that your antivirus/firewall is not blocking WebSite X5 to export. This could be the reason of the failure of the FTP.

If you have the opportunity try to deactivate the firewall/antivirus and try to export again.
