Email Not Working From Cart In X5 - 9  en

I've just upgraded to Version 9 and uploaded my site to my server.. I now find that the Email no longer works from Shopping Cart. Although orders can be placed and it confirms the order number etc... the order details are no longer being sent to my default 'Sales' address.

No settings have been altered by my hosting service - all I've done is upgraded to the latest version of X5. Please help?

Hello Colin, I suggest you to:

  • be sure you have the latest version 9.0.2.1699
  • try to use another MAIL system you can find from the WSX5 preferences you can see as soon as you open WSX5. Probably your provider used the other system we created.
