Updating Program

Program won't update though I am connected to the internet and all other internet programs work. Is there a way to download manually the updates to Website X5?

You must correct setting here.
And adjust under (5) the right folder:
If necessary antivirus switch off.
Otherwise export on a disk drive and transfer with ftp client.

I think Martin Ward intended updating his program (from version x to y)
Hmm, yes?? Yes okay, he write download and update!
Then is that correct:
If necessary antivirus switch off.
But update program: He can look under his profil, then under Download.
