Please do not ignore me this time. Why can I not enable full screen mode on my videos on Incomedia.

I never get a response these days.

I have created a slideshow as a wmv video file and entered it into the video widget.

It appears ridiculously small and I cannot enable full screen mode.

I tried to send the wmv file but your form rejected it.

When I first had version 8 support was good. These days you never respond.

Powerpoint show direct from powerpoint as PPSX files seem to give trouble so I tried this route and basically it still is not satisfactory.

I need some answers please soon as.

and you are using the correct file-format ?

Possibly you didnt read F1-Help (or manual) regarding formats:

Video/Audio Object

With WebSite X5 you can entertain visitors to your Website by adding videos and audio.

Videos are living their moment of glory: almost everyone can make a video, copy it to the computer, edit it and then publish it on the Internet. Uploading videos to your Website and sharing them with visitors is extremely easy with WebSite X5. The program can handle all the main formats and has a built-in Player for FLV and MP4 files. You can import local files (on your computer) or files that you find on the Internet, including those on portals such as YouTube and Vimeo.

What you have to do
Double-click on the Video/Audio Object in the Page Layout Table to open the Video/Audio Object window. Here, you can specify the file you want to import, define its properties, decide whether to include it in the SiteMap and, if so, enter the necessary information.

The options for creating a Video/Audio Object are in the following sections:

- General

- SiteMap

I have tried Ipod 640 X 720 mp4 and Zune 640 X 720 mp4 files and right yes I can check the full screen mode. One tiny  issue there is then no video just a black screen and the sound track. Wunderbar!
