Page dropping off on Ipad, landscape position  en

One of the pages at my website has a problem when displaying it on an Ipad3. The problem is that the page drops off when the Ipad is in landscape position. In portrait position it is working fine. This problem only occurs at this particular page http://www.fotohulp.nl/portret.html and not at other pages. Any idea how to solve this problem? Thanks in advance, Hans.

Hello Hans,

Did you add a custom code to to the page? I was checking the page and saw that the 2 last links in the last text object are not working because there is the wbr tag.

Can you please check these 2 links and then try again?

Please keep me updated! Many thanks!

Hello Claudio,

No, I didn't add a custom code. You were right that the links didn't work and I've solved that, but it doesn't help to solve the original problem. The page is still dropping off on my Ipad when I turn the Ipad from the portrait position --> to the landscape position. Have you tried it on an Ipad? Please do and hopefully you have a solution for me.

Thanks in advance,

Hans.

Hello Hans,

We tried your page on an iPad and turned the iPad from Portrait to Landscape position and the page was rendered correctly like you see in the screenshot I attached.

Can you please describe me what happens or send me a screenshot of the page on the iPad?

Many thanks!

Hi Claudio,

Very strange that the problem doesn't occur on your Ipad. I have restored all factory settings on my Ipad, but it didn't help. I've attached a webcam video where you can see (although unsharp) what happens when I'm in this particular menu item "Portret" (http://www.fotohulp.nl/portret.html) and I turn the Ipad from the portret position into landscape position. Again, this is the only page in which this problem occurs and the page width is equal to all the other pages

I hope you have any ideas (I'm lost).

Regards,

Hans.

P.S. I can't upload the video (Invalid filetype), can you send me perhaps an e-mail adress to send the video?

Hello Hans,

I saw the video and it's not clear waht makes safari close. Have you tried to check if there is an update for safari or if theres is a plugin installed that could cause this?

Many thanks!

Hello Claudio,

Thanks for your time and help!. Apperantly it's not an X5 V9 problem so I have to find out why it is working on your Ipad and not on mine.

Regards,

Hans.
