Search results nor clear enough

Is it possible to search only for product titels inside a e-commerce section and not the whole website? Because when I do a search i get as a result the keywords in pages first and then the products. its not really clear for the customer because then he /she has to switch between the pages and products. How can i prevent this so that when i search for a product i only get clear product results and not page results like in the screenshot i made here ?

Hello,
The search results are based on the keywords used in your website. If you use the same term more often in one page this will have a higher position in the search results.
At the moment it is not possible to have the search function only for the products. I would like to suggest that you open an "Idea" Post where you describe to us the feature you would like to see implemented in the future releases of WebSite X5.
You can alternatively make separate projects for ecommerce and the rest of the website so that the search function of the ecommerce will show only products.

Thank you for the answer cloudio, but how exactly can i make separate projects so i only get the product results? I mean whatever i do there will always be information-only about the products in some pages which doesnt need any searching. take for example the homepage. Is it not possible to lock some of the pages to prevent them from internal-searching results?

Yes you can lock some pages to not be shown in the searhc results by selecting it in step 2 - Sitemap, where you open the Page Properties window and deactivate the Add this page to the Sitemap option in the Expert section. So the content of this page will not show in the search results.
