Can we make a picture or a gallery of pics a link to other web site or page

Yes, take a image widget, load your photo, and below is a link icons, click on it and set your web page, or something else as link for this photo!!
Same is in gallery, open this widget, set template , now go to next tab ( list) -> then ADD images, and select one of this - > on right side you will see LINK icon-> click on ti and do same as on first tuts.
Simple !
