Can't change custom template header image

I must be missisng something very subtile here. I have a site at: http://cofchristknoxville.org that I built useing a custom template. I am trying to change the template header image, but it seems I'm not able to do so. Please have a look at the png attachment.

Ideas???

Yes I opend the folder and choose the image file I wanted (KnoxvilleLogo01.png) but it does not display.

Grazie per la vostra risposta. Sì, ho scelto il file di immagine, fare clic sull'icona "cartella". Ma l'immagine non cambia. Altre idee?

Hello James, look at your custom page... (screenshot in attachment). When the header is inserted here it's not possible to change it on the "Edit Template Graphics" page.
