Cart not showing in local Preview mode after Paypal option deleted 
Author: Marit Søbye NilsenIE9 9.0.8112.16421, Evolution 9.1.8.1960, Win 7x64 fully updated. Eveything was working ok then suddenly the cart no longer shows up in local preview mode. When you add product to basket and go to basket empty page shows (just header, footer, left menu but no content). Click cart in menu and nothing. Wierd thing is cart does show when viewing uploaded site and using same IE9. I tried following: make new test site with some dummy products - same problem. Reinstall Evolution 9 and make new test site - same problem on new site and old sites. I have Evolution installed on 2 machines. Second machine behaves exactly like first machine with same project files. Even when I make new test site/cart on second machine same problem occurs. I did a new export and import but still same problem after import. Then I did an import of an older export from 6 days ago and this one does show cart in local Preview. It seems that anything I made in projects after about midday 26/2/2013 does not show cart, but made before then does, and on two machines with reinstalled software. I checked the install log for Windows update and there are no updates installed for Windows or IE on 26/2. The only thing that happened was I deleted a Shipping option and I deleted two Payment options that were both linked to Paypal. Now there is only prepayment options. (The import I did of the old files that still work was from before I started experimenting with paypal options.) I have also tried to add a Paypal option again to see if it wakes up the local cart preview, but it does not. What is going on? How do I fix local Preview of cart?

After testing various scenarios I have now come to the conclusion that project.wprj files generated after midday yesterday (26/2) do not render the cart page contents (ie only header, fotter, menu, but no content). This applies to new projects created after the said date or old projects that have been saved (by action, uplodaing or backup) after this date. Project.wprj files from restored backups or old projects reopened after said date, but not saved again after opening, do show the content of the cart page rendered correctly. This applies to 2 machines and programs reinstalled after trying both reinstall on top of old install, and trying to remove old install before reinstalling so installer has to ask for product code. The uploaded versions of the projects that do not render the cart in local preview do show the cart page correctly in the uploaded version. What is going on here? Can anybody help?
