My Control Panel Has Disappeared

My control panel has gone I have tried deleting the blog and recreating it I have tried deleting the widget and recreating it.
I have reinstalled X5.
I have set the folder permissions to 577 where 5=user.
but no way can I access the control panel.
It was there but now it is not.
I export the whole shebang every time.
Please take pity on me and fix this situation

-> should be 777 or 775
775 would mean that the public permissions would have write disabled.

Right well Hostmonster have confirmed that they will only allow 577 so that is the end of the road for me

Even more odd the captcha box has no image but the catcha check still works so if you knew what the image said you could send a message but you would have to have super natural powers

For the problems of captcha or guestbook you can delete all file of the site in your webspace and reupload all.
