How can I have an image auto refresh and not the entire page?

I have a webpage with an image. The image is updated automatically as it is uploaded to my website by another program. I want my website/webpage to auto-refresh that image and not the entire page every 30 seconds but i'm not sure how to do that.
I can insert the image fine using x5 but nothing is there for the image to refresh with a time I specify.

You could do the auto refresh using jQuery. I found a compact example here : http://savitechnologies.com/?p=107
It is simple to make it work and needs only some little knowledge of coding. jQuery is already provided by WebSite X5.
