Problem upgrading to V10...  en

Please help. I downloaded the V10 upgrade. Upon payment i entered my new e-mail address. This was not registered. After running the program, I inserted my new e-mail as this is what i used to make the purchase. I entered my product key and got a message that said: The license Key entered in an upgrade from another program or an earlier version. The account associated to your e-mail is not enabled to install this program. Does anyone know how i can fix this?

I see that you registered a full copy of Evolution 10.
