Do the 'data management' settings in the 'advanced settings' of the new version 10 of Website X5 set the site to save a database copy of all the data e-mails sent by the website, including the ones with the data sent from the shopping cart, or just the data from the forms on the website pages?

Hello Mark,

This option is used only for the Email Form Object to use the form to send the informations to the database.

That’s a pity as the backing up of the emails sent by the shopping cart would be an advantage for us  because we have had a few of instances of orders being made on our sites (and paid via PayPal) without the order email getting to us - so we had no idea what had been ordered!

It seems that the problem we have been experiencing with the orders is most likely due to an error with the hosting server, but if a copy of the email had been saved the error would not have caused us any problem. As it was we had to email the customers – fortunately we had the email addresses via the PayPal confirmation email – and ask them what they had paid us for...
