FTP Uploading Program Issues

I having some serious problems with my ftp program on my new websiteX5 10. My FTP File manager is not loading all my files to my website? I called my Host godaddy.com and they noticed that not all the files HTML I upload are not properly coded? Please help!!!!

The page http://www.pcguysonline.com/imlogin.php is probably not visible because it could be that your server is not supporting PHP language. You need to contact your hostign provider to ask if it's present and if not if it's possible to add the support to PHP.
