I have set all details in steps 2 & 4 but when I test, the login page does not appear and when I upload the site when I come to access the page on the internet no login page just all the code appears.
Anyone help Please ?

I have new problem if you are able to help I have alot of pictures set into several slide shows and they take an eternity to load. they are on a members area if that makes a diference but they freeze any PC that clicks on a slide show ?
