Confirmation order email

I am not receiving the confirmation email which is stated in step 4. I have received emails from an email form on my site, to the same email address I have used for step 4, 'send order to'. Is this a problem with X5 or my hosting account. I do not understand why I can't receive an order and need help fast. Thanks all

Hello Sam,
Both use the same script to send emails and if you receive it from the form they should arrive also form the cart. Can you please try to add another email and check if you receive them on this?

For some reason the email address has been blocked for the orders and not the email form. I have asked for the address to be unblocked. Very strange, keep you posted. Thanks

Claudio, it was a problem with my site being blocked. I spoke to Cloudmark a company that blocks sites and spam, they have unblocked and now works prefectly.
