Changes to Flash animation not uploading to website

I have Flash animation objects on my web site that act as buttons to pages within the website. If I change the GetURL in the object then publish, when I insert the changed object into Website X5 and Preview it works ok. When I publish the website it does not work and the changes have not been actioned.
Has anything changed within Website X5 that can have caused this?

Not sure if this is connected but I have noticed that when I publish the website, on the screen that shows all of the HTML pages in the site, there are 2 versions of each HTML file - one with - (hypens) and one with _ (underscore) where there should be spaces.
Why is this?
These are files from an older version of X5.

As I am using v9 should I delete all files with the underscore?

Yes... best idea would be to completely wipe all files on your server, then upload the entire project afresh from v9. This will keep the files on your web server neat and orderly.

Yes follow Pauls advice if your not uploading seperatly with an ftp program. Then you can remove everything. If you have uploaded something seperatly and you still us it inside x5 then offcource you need to be more carefull.
(i do this sometimes with big files so that the project uploads faster and the big files is then only needed once)
