X5 V 10 crashes

When I cancel an operation X5 10 crashes and I get an email dialog box which I complete and send. I still get the problem but I don't get a reply. this has been happing since I upgraded to V10

Hello Barry,
Than you very much for sending the crash reports. Please try to uninstall the .NET Framework 4.0 and then use this cleanup tool to remove completely .NET 4:

Once done download the .NET Framework 4 installer from following link and install it:
http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=17718
