In the process of automatically installing an update a error occurred, after that I can’t start the program. When launching WebSite, a window appears so I insert Info about the program to sent to you, and shuts down. How can I solve this. Thank You!

Please download the installer you find in the "Downloads" Section of your answers.websitex5.com Profile and then proceed to install this one.
The installer you will download contains already all updates and after the program should work normally.
