WebSite X5 Evolution 10 crashes

The program crashed while I was adding items into the shopping cart. The program sent an automatic report, saved a project and said to me to reinstall itself. The reinstallation didn't help at all. It crashes every time I try to do anything with a content of the shopping cart! What am I supposed to do?

Hello S. Lozhkin,
Please try to uninstall the program and then uninstall also the .NET Framework 4.0 and then use following cleanup toolf for .NET 4.0:

Once done reinstall .NET 4.0 from following link:
http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=17718
When the Framework is reinstalled, reinstall the program again and check if the same issue happens again.
