I tried to duplicate the issue on the blog and the showbox worked. From your  website it seems that the image is missing and it's why it's not loading. Try to add the image again in the showbox option and then upload the project again to check if after it works.

I attempted to remove the image from the description, but the program would not let me (the cursor would not become active in the field).

I deleted the image from the blog then added it back, I was able to add a link to the jpg file to open in a showbox and this worked, but when I attempted to add the image to the description in the showbox, the program crashed (I have sent the error log off to incomedia as requested by the program) I am using version 10.0.6.31

I then reopened the program and I found if I ONLY add text and not an image, the showbox appears and all is well.  In my version it appears that adding an image to the showbox for an image in the blog causes WebsiteX5 to crash.

Can you tell me from where you add the image? Is the image on your C:/ drive or an external hard disk or a network disk?

I see now on the blog that the showbox works.

Claudio, I am sorry, I'm obviously not explaining myself clearly.

Yes the showbox as now implemented works, but if you hover over the image a text box will appear, I should also be able to include an image with that text, if I do, Website X5 either doesn't display the pop up box or the program crashes.
