2 problems: No ability to reset password to support account and guestbook feature is not working in X5 v10 Evolution. The feature (Guestbook) was initially working with v10 initial release.  After a total of 10 posts, the feature stopped posting to the website, but e-mail forwarding of the post was working fine.

I have been pleased with the product so far, even upgrading from v9 to v10, but this problem with the guestbook could be a reason to change to a different authoring system.

I'm attaching a screen capture of the attempt to add a post to my website and the error message it generates.

Hi Michael,

I'd like to suggest that you upgrade to the very latest release of Evolution 10 (10.0.6.31) if you have not done so.

Then delete all project files from your server  -  make sure there are no old files left over from previous X5 uploads.  Then reupload your entire X5 project afresh, clear your browser cookies and cache, and test for correct operation.

Let us know how you get on.

OK - blowing away the old files and uploading the new release worked.  Now I need to have apassword reset on my X5 account so I can approve posts to the website.
