I checked the website and the images are present. Did you change image file and you exported it again?

Please check if the images are not corrupted and try to go in the main screen of the program and then change in preferences the max simultaneous processes to 1 and then try to add again the image and check if it works.

Is this a version 10 project?  Can I ask if the project was originally built in version 9?  Has the missing image problem only appeared since you imported/upgraded your project to version 10?

It may be that the original path to the images is no longer valid.  You might have to go through your project in version 10 updating the path to any images which have been moved or deleted on your PC.
