http://www.frankiemooney.com - uploaded site with no locked pages and an order page with shopping cart but getting 'permission denied to access property href' when clicking shopping trolley icon never had this issue before.

Are you using Internet Explorer, or have recently upgraded to Internet Explorer 10?
Your shopping cart works fine for me in Google Chrome, but I get a 'Permission denied' error when using Internet Explorer. A clue perhaps? Although as yet I don't have any ideas on how to solve it.
What were the last changes you made to your Website X5 project prior to your last upload?

It depends on what browser you use since on some it works and it depends on the url masking you added to your domain because the program links the shop on http://www.5051worldwide.com/fm/ where the original project was located and some browser has issues with this url masking.
