How do i get the discount offered for evolution 10

Just wondering why it shows on my startup page in Evolution 9 says I can purchase the new version 10 for 49.99 but when I click on the button it asks for 69.99 how do I get it for the discount price.

Try accessing the 'Offers for you' section on your Profile, which is the drop-down menu at the top-right of this screen.
