Sale offer incorrect

I went to my profile and clicked on Offers for you and when it comes up after clicking on 49.99 it still brings me to the purchase area and is 64.99 why does it not stick to the offer?

the indication of price 64.99 does refer to USD. Changing to € it is 49.99.
